TradeForge does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any kind regarding trading performance.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Have a valid account with a supported exchange

4. Account Registration

5. API Keys and Exchange Access

To use certain features, you must provide API keys for your exchange account. By providing these keys, you:

• Authorize TradeForge to access your exchange account
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for any trades executed
• Confirm that your API keys have appropriate permissions and restrictions

We recommend using API keys with trading permissions only and without withdrawal permissions.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• TradeForge does not guarantee any specific trading outcomes
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisor. You should consult qualified professionals before making trading decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:
